There are many companies in the world where you can buy up domains. For example GoDaddy, NameCheap, and HostGator etc.
Keep these things in mind whenever you buy a domain:
- The domain name should be easy to remember.
- Domain name accurately represents your business.
- The land fee is annual and each company has its own rate, so be aware of which company is giving cheap domains.
- Some companies charge a very low fee for the first year, i.e. they will give you a domain for just one dollar, but the next year you will have to pay a lot more.
After buying a domain, you will need to purchase web hosting, which means hiring a server that is available 24 hours a day for people to view your website. After that you can create your website and upload it to this server and your website will be online.
